What I'm All About
Baking for people, and being a part of their special occasions makes me happy. I feel that there is nothing better than the joy that a baked good can bring to someone. And that there is something magical about the smile, when people see their cake for the first time.
I have been baking for as long as I can remember. I graduated with my Specialist High Skills Major in Hospitality and Tourism from high-school before achieving the Baking and Pastry Diploma from Niagara College.
After Niagara I moved to New York to complete my Bachelors of Business Administration in Food Business Management with a concentration in Advanced Baking Principals from The Culinary Institute of America.
I see desserts as the perfect accompaniment to a celebration. The world can always do with just a touch more sweet and light. And I am honoured to be a part of your special day.
